Car wouldn't turn over. Dash lit up a second a beep or two. Figured it was the battery - tried an old trickle battery charger - nothing. Car won't move, stuck in park

This same thing happend to my 1997 Grand Am. We tried everything we replaced my fuel pump then all it would do was click a few times and it sounded like it was going to start but never actually turned over and then we found out that my wiring was fried
