1996 Pontiac Grand Am Car shaking, making noise

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1996 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Automatic 166790 miles

I've had problems with my power steering but I've been checking that. It's making similar noises but just when driving. It shakes when idling, at stop lights, signs, and in park. If I'm going under 30 the car like freaks out, and above 45 and it like rattles. It sounds terrible. I just got an oil change to see if that would help.
It doesn't feel like a tire problem, I had that problem a couple months ago, and this is way different kind of shaking than the other.

I think it's the engine because it's only shaking in front of me. Sometimes it causes the steering wheel to shake as well. And it makes the dashboard vibrate.

Start by having the alignment checked, in the process, have them check the motor/trans mounts.

If alignment and suspension are OK, then you may have a severe engine miss, or a loose flexplate/flywheel.
