My auto head lights went out and when they went out my windows stop working and the blower inside the car stop working also. I had the fuses check they still working but cant relocate the relay switch

Pull out power window circuit breaker with test light check for voltage also do same for wiper fuse.

My wiper workand my doors will lock and unlock but my windows wont go up or down and the blower in the car wont work nor will my auto headlights come on but my headslight come on when I turn them on manual. Dont know where the relay switch located at
