1993 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

i just got the car from a friend he says the stearing locked and he had to move the car so he broke the tumbler ? i need the part where you stick the key in to drive the car is that called the ingition switck or tumbler?

Well both, it is actually the tumbler, but check with local autoparts store and get the ignition switch w/keys.

You do not have to pull wheel. Autoparts stores can cross reference part numbers.
