1995 Pontiac Grand Am Trans mount drivers side

1995 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Automatic 122678 miles

I did the other engine mounts fairly easy. Then i Got to the trans mount got the four bolts out of the frame but when i tried to get the center bolt out of the trans i just spins i dont think its stripped cause it has a lot of tension. i sprayed it down with p/b blaster and tried heating it up to see if it would come out nothing any suggestions. I have never worked on this particular mount before.

I believe there is a nut on the other end. Is it turning?
