1995 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150k miles

i need to replace my throttle position sensor but i have no clue how. i was wanting to know what would be involved in it and if i, with help from someone a little more mechanically inclined, could do it myself?
