The car has a vibration when I get to speed on the freeway and try to hold it at that speed. Even when I set cruise control. It also has rough idle. Things I have replaced are: fuel pump, fuel relay, fuel pressure regulator valve, plugs and wires. I have no idea why it is shaking only when trying to maintain speed, not while speeding up or slowing down.

A bad alignment can cause a vibration, from mild to severe. Also check motor mounts.

Remove and clean the IAC (idle air control valve) also remove and clean the EGR valve, pintle and base.
