I replaced then intake manifold gasket because there was anti-freeze in the oil. After reassembling, the engine starts but the idle is very high no tachometer so I do not know how high. I have checked all electrical connections and vacuum lines, I am unable to find problem.

Could be the throttle body/plate binding, acclerator linkage, idle air control valve, throttle position sensor and false air leakage.

I would say the IAC motor is stuck due to rust, here is a guide to help us and I have included the IAC valve location so you can swap it out.
