While possible it is a lot of work. The car would have to have a manual trans. Available for that year. In other words, if a manual was not offered, it would be a gigantic job, requiring a lot of fabrication.
Manufacturers would generally have the body prepared for either, for example, a hole in firewall for the clutch MC, bolts or holes for the clutch pedal, brackets for clutch slave and on and on.
You can go to junkyard and inspect/take pictures/parts from a manual car and compare to yours, see what you need.
As far as I know, there is no manual or procedure published for this.
