Has the check engine light come on? Is that the actual mileage on the engine (possible bad intake valve)? Have you checked fuel pressure and regulator?

No, the check engine light is not on? I havent replaced the fuel pressure regulator but have replaced all other fuel components, I guess my question is it ok to install 19lbs injectors when stock run 17lbs do I need to upgrade anything, like I said there is only loss of power when I step on the gas. Thank you for your help it means a lot I have spent 2000 so far and still have issues im at a loss.

It isn't a good idea to change the injectors. They should stay OEM pressure. If you have already changed them, that is most likely the problem. My god, you spent a lot. The truck I drive to work everyday only was 60 dollars and that was with a full tank of gas. (LOL) It needed the frame repaired. 20 minutes and that was done. Let me know if you have other questions.
