I have a 1994 pontiac grand am it has a bad oil leak and I believe it needs a new gasket in the oil pan. How do I do this. Do I have to drop the transmission or lift the engine. Is it even worth trying to do myself? I have a dealership testing where the leak actually is they put in a dye and I have to check with them tomorrow after driving it 100 miles. Please help I am looking to save as much money as I can on this deal. I would like to fix it myself if its possible. I do most repairs on my car just never done this.
