1994 Pontiac Grand Am defogger not working

when i switch to defrost or defogger nothing comes out the top vents by the windshield

you will need to get to the lines at the back of the controller to test this.start car, put selector in defrost,vacuum is not applied to blue hose.Move selectoir to any other position but defrost, vacuum should be applied through the light green hose. If not as described, repair vacuum lines or replace the defrost vacuum actuator or repair as needed
