MY FAN WAS MAKING A LOUD SOUND EVEY TIME I TURNED IT ON AND OFF, AND I GO OUT TO START MY CAR AND THE HEAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL IT DONT EVEN SOUND LIKE IT IS CATCHING WHEN I TURN IT ON. I ALSO CANT FEEL IT CATCHING WHEN I TYRN THE KNOB. DOES IT SOUND LIKE IT COULD BE MY BLOW MOTOR?

Was it a loud screeching noise? If yes, unplug the blower, use either a test light or voltmeter to check for power at the plug, if there is power, replace the motor, if no power, get back to us.
