I TRIED WINDSHIELD REPAIR KIT THAT DID NOT WORK.ANY IDEAS WILL BE WELCOME. DONT WANT TO SPEND OVER $ 300 FOR A WINDSHIELD

TO the best of my knowledge, once the cracks in a line (not a chip), they are not repairable. You could get one from a salvage yard. Have you checked that?
