My Grand AM GT is having troulble accelerating, ups hill and inclines as well as when merging onto a interstate. My mechanic ran a dianostic and it came back a bad EGR valve. Installed new and still had same problem. Then installed new fuel filter with no luck. He put tested the fuel pump and thats fine. My mechanic is out of ideas. Can you give me a hand with this.

Thanks

Try cleaning the intake, cleaning injectors and changing PCV (if has them), and check the air filter. These are all things that are cheap should be done during tune up and can effect how the engine runs.
