Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Our '93 Pontiac Grand Am won't idle when we come to a stop sign. How do I turn up the slow idle on it and where is the thing I'd turn up the slow idle located under the hood?

That may seem like a silly thing to ask but it took me a long time to find the starter when we had to change that a few weeks ago.

Thank you for whatever help you can offer, folks.

For a start you should check the idle air control valve/EGR valve /MAF/MAP/TPS sensors-
