i am trying to find the location of the buss fuse in my car. the drivers side rear brake light & blinker dosent work but the front does

Have you changed the bulb yet? If the front works, it's not the fuse...

MERLIN2021 is correct, probably the socket or a bad ground, here is a guide to good over which will help you fix it.
