The Dash lights and tail lights on this vehicle are not working for some reason. The light were working last nite then I stopped at a friends house and when I came back after about an hour they just would not turn on. I know most vehicles have 2 fuse panels. This one has a panel on the side of the dash, but I can't seem to find the one that suppossed to be in the engine compartment. I checked the fuses in the dash and they seem to be fine so whats my next step since there is no other fuse panel visible?

Welcome to the forum, use a testlite, check the tail lamps fuse circuit for voltage, should be hot all the time. If it is, hot next stop is the headlamp switch connector. Orange wire is hot, brown wire carries voltage to the tail lites, when the switch is activated. I didn't look for the location of headlite switch, if it is on the column, there is probably a multiwire connector under the dash where you can check those circuits. All repair info says to disarm air-bag, where applicable, when working around the steering column.
