1989 Pontiac Grand Am Low air flow from vents

Air Conditioning problem
1989 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I replaced the blower and cleaned the blower wheel while I had it apart but I still can not get much air flow from my vents. The blower changes speeds and on MAX really gets loud but there is no appreciable change in air velocity from the vents. Any help appreciated.

sounds like the evaporator core is clogged up with debris and gunk, you'll have to pull the fan out again and reach in there with with some cleaner and some compressed air , Im almost positive its blocked up.
