No. Parking your car on concrete won't cause your battery to go flat. Something is causing an excessive current draw, we just have to find out what. The best way is to put an Amp meter between the Battery Pos terminal & the battery cable. With the car turned off and doors closed you should have only about.1 amp drew, if it is up around.25 or more something is drawing current. Next is to isolate the circuit. Start pulling fuse to see which circuit is drawing power. If the current draw drops say when the light fuse is pulled the problem is in that circuit, and so on. If nothing changes the current draw try disconnecting the alternator and try the test, you may have a diode in the alternator leaking to earth.
Try these simple tests and re post if still having problems.
