2007 Pontiac G6 12 Volt accessories and windshiwld wiper

I have checked the fuses for these items and they both seem fine. My wipers do not work at all and the 12volt accessory are not getting powere or putting out power.

There are 2 fuses for the wipers. On is inside the car, called "wiper switch"
the other one is located under the hood called "wipers".
Have you checked both of these fuses?
