2006 Pontiac G6 Rattle when I accelerate

When ever I'm going to speed up there is a rattleing/reving sound comming from my car. Its not when I am going to speed up quickly, or slowly its only when like a person is speeding up from a stop sign.

Could be pinging due to the knock sensor not retarding the ignition timing or an EGR valve that is not opening.
