2001 Pontiac Firebird oil in the intake

what will make their be oil in the intake of my car... the car smokes like crazy and their is oil in the water.. but no water in the oil... it is the 5.7 ls1 motor

Hi there,

This is a sign of a very badly worn engine. compression pressure is passing the rings causing excessive crank case pressure and the atomized oil is being carried to the air cleaned via the PVC system.
