1999 Pontiac Firebird power locks

1999 PONTIAC FIREBIRD

I have a 99 Firebird. The drivers side power lock will lock both doors, but will not unlock them. The passenger side works fine, and both sides work fine manually. I bought a new switch, this was not the problem. I think the next step would be the actuator. But thought I would check this time before I buy. Thanks.

if they will lock the doors but not unlock them then it is either a failed switch or failed lock actuator. since you replaced switch already it must be actuator needing replaced.
