1999 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i hear a noise coming from the motor i was told it was a rod noking but it has not spun the barring so i can i get that fixed for as cheap as possible

Well if it is a rod knocking damage has already happened to crank
