my 1998 firebird gets hot, but not all the time. It seems to heat up if driving very slowly, or while idleing. mechanic kept it 3 days, couldn't find a reason. He replaced the belt tension because it was worn, new plugs and wires. For 2 days it didn't get hot at all, last night after a 20 min. drive it started to heat up, (we were driving slowly in a residential area) if you take off and get on the open road it cools back down to normal. Help!!
