When car is turned off radiator boils over. Temp is 230 when fan comes on and 220 when fan goes off, then if you turn engine off cooling system girgles and over flows out radiator overflow. Any ideas. Engine is a 3.4l

When the engine is off, the coolant stops circulating and sits in the engine which will cause this. If it is running at 230 degrees F, that is too high. Have you tried replacing the thermostat or flushing the cooling system?
