1998 Pontiac Firebird erractic idle

my car gets a rough idle only at the first start up of the day and does not stop until i get down the road about a quarter mile, i can get past that and it will start and run fine after that, i am confused i replaced all 3 coil pack all the plugs and wires,evap system and a few other thing i can not recall at the moment.

what else could it be.

Clean out the idle air control valve and test the throttle position sensor
