When I try to start my car (cold or 1st time) - it cranks over, and over, but doesn't start. Then possibly on the 2nd, or 3rd try it starts up, but with rotten type smelling gas odor). Any ideas? Once started it runs fine. Thank You - Ray (rn1944@verizon.net)

Ok I would like you to in the morning before trying to start it to cycle the key on and off a few times. So turn key on for about 3 seconds and turn it off for about the same and back on the 3rd time or so try to start it does it start up?
