Electrical problem
1997 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1997 Pontiac Firebird has a electrical problem somewhere,

All the fuses are good, but there is no power to the the starter. All the lights in the dash are dead as well. I really dont know what to look for, found a similar thread here onthis site, but no solution. anyone got any ideas??
