Test fans by unplugging electrical connector at the fan motor and use a fused jumper to connect the fan directly to the battery. I can tell you how to check the relays (check continuity between 1 and 4, should be none until power is applied to 5 and ground to 2) the engine coolant temp sensor is connected to the water pump. I would check for power at fuse #7 in the under hood fuse panel here is the cooling fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please run this test and get back to us.

95 Pont Firebird 3.4 V6, cooling fan not coming on when heated up. The fan works, and the relay is good, replaced temp control switch.

Make sure the wiring harness going to the computer is tight. Also, check to make sure the wire to the temp sensor and relay are still attached. Finally, make sure the fan motor is still good. If you run a jumper wire from the battery to the motor, it should run.
