when my car is in park it sort of jumps and shakes the car. and when i put it in drive it has trouble accelerating and it also jumps. i already replaced the fuel filter and put some fuel injector but it didint help att all. and the check engine light is always on

How long has it been since the car had a tune up? Spark plugs/wires/coils could be bad. If the check engine light is on, there is a trouble code(s) stored in the PCM (Computer) memory. Reading the trouble code should give you a good idea of whats causing the problem. If you don't have a reader, you can take the car to Auto Zone and the guys there can read the codes free of charge.
