1996 Pontiac Firebird bad miss when idleing

i have a 1996 pontiac firebird 3.8 L v6 w/auto. tranny & it has a bad miss when sitting & idleing & jumps/jerks some till you get shifted out & rolling on down the road then it does good, any ideas what the problem could be ?? PLEZ HELP !! i checked the fuel pressure & the coil packs & replaced the PCV valve.

Check compression on all cylinders. If low, you may have a bad lifter/rocker.
If compression is good, check each injector with a noid light.
