1995 Pontiac Firebird radiator fans don't stop

After to change water pump & thermostat, blown fuses of air pump, fan actuator then I replaced but when temperature start fan motors don't stops and check engine light is on.

The check engine light On-pull the code/s to find out what's wrong within the engine management system.

Fan motor continues to run -might be a problem with a temperature switch or fan relay sticking.
