1995 Pontiac Firebird Car will not drive

My car was towed and the auto-matic transmission was disengaged to get it on the flatbed, How do I engage it again?

down on the drivers side of the transmission you will see a cable going to a lever. the cable is either unbolted and off the linkage or the cable is detached from the bracket. hope this helps
