My car is hard to start when cold (the first start of the day) I have to turn it a few times before it catches any ideas?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and test the coolant temperature sensor and clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens

The first things to test are the fuel pressure and compare it to the spec and use a scan tool to look at the temp sensor readings for both ECT and IAT before starting it.
