1992 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my caer is throwing the code 34 with out it check engien light coming on my car dies after running fro about 4 min. and once it die it will not start again 4 at least 5 hours of siting

Inspect and test the vehicle speed sensor circuit.I doubt it if the vehicle VSS will do that.
