car has been sitting in my garage a couple of years,engine runs ok,but have no head lights(headlights are retractable,but they don't work either,also no dashlights, no dome light, and the rear hatch doesn't lock down

Hello, do you think gremlins might have got at some of the wiring circuits? There should be circuit breakers for the hdlmp doors, I'd check voltage feed to the breakers.

You can also get at the connector for the headlamp switch, check the feed to and from the switch.
