yes could someone help was driving and car started bucking wanted to stall was ok when taking off but wanted to stall when came to stop idle is up and down checked code and is 42 replaced cap,rotor,plugs,module still not running right, any ideas

May not be ECM but ignition module inside DIST see diagram

if open or short in 423 will set 42 code. Much cheaper than ECM to replace.
