1985 Pontiac Firebird Blinker Doesn't Make Clicking Sound

When the blinker switch is turned to either side it won't make the clicking sound it should.

do the blinkers work at all? if not then i would change the flasher.

The blinkers work fine. The clicking sound is the only thing that won't work.

some flashers have a distintive clicking sound when working and some don't, the flasher should be in a clip that holds it under the dash. that clip carries the sound of the flasher working so it is heard.
