1984 Pontiac Firebird Drives fine shuts off wont start

I just bought a 84 firebird with low miles. Car starts and runs fine for awhile. After driving a mile or two the car will shut off and wont start again for about a half an hour. No other problems just stalls out and wont start up.

Check for codes. On the ALDL cross A&B with a paperclip and key on an dcount the flashes on the service engine light. Then check your crank sensor for ohoms, it may have to many and not work correctly. Then check the vacuum hose leading to the MAP sensor snd see if itsoft or has a hole in it. If it does replace it.
