There is a black tube right under the intake by the throttle body, and my engine idles at 3000 RPM when it is open and stalls when it is blocked off. I believe it is a vaccuum line, but i dont remember. Anyone know what this is and where it connects to?

it's supposed to be connected to the bottom of the throttle body, it's the line for the idle air control valve.

it actually goes into the side of the throttle body, down low. you'll want to removed the throttle body, so you can slide it onto the tube.
