I have replaced the 5 spd Getrag and still cant shift the transmission from the drivers seat. I have ordered a new selector and shifter cable along with a transmission mounting bracket. Now I find info that there are bushings and bearings that might need replacing.. Is this true? (and where are they located, on the shifter lever?
Thanks,
Larry

The bearings and bushings are in the shifter housing in the console. Replacement bushings, cables and brackets are available from rodneydickman.com.
