1986 Pontiac Fiero fuel pressure

not getting fuel to the fuel rail I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and still no fuel to the rail . I disconnected fuel line from filter and started the pump i got alot of fuel in a short time so pump is working hooked fuel line back up and tried again still no fuel to rail
