1985 Pontiac Fiero Seized clutch slave cylinder

1985 Pontiac Fiero 101000 miles

I have a 1984 pontiac Fiero. My clutch slave cylinder seems to be sieized. Is ther any way to release the cylinder and save the part, or do I have to replace it?

replace it and the hose if you have a hose there.
