Bonneville 2000 - Heater make noise when on high

Hello,

I have heater problem in my Pontiac Bonneville 2000; when it was on high and the inside car was warmed, the heater started to make noise. The noise will cease once I turned down the heater. Does anybody know what is going on with the heater? Thanks for the helps.

Sounds like the blower motor is overheating.

Squrrel cage may be going out of shape at the higher speeds?
