96 Bonneville blower motor

The blower motor on my 96 Bonneville keeps running after I shut the car off. The only way to stop it is to disconnect the power to the motor. What could be causing this problem?

Check the blower motor relay this one shorts out it will constantly power the blower motor without the key located center rear of engine compartment also see below diagram.
