2005 Pontiac Bonneville rear brake caliper

I'm trying to replace the rear brake pads, and where there is normally a bolt on the top and bottom of the caliper, there is only a bolt on the bottom of the caliper. The top has a silver hub like cover, but there is no nut. How do I remove this to be able to remove the caliper to get the old pads off.
