2003 Pontiac Bonneville blower motor

I have had the blower motor changed twice on this vehicle. Now the blower motor is very loud when you turn it on. Why is this>??

bushings may be wearing out premature due to lack of grease or could just be very dirty / dusty causing noise. what type of noise is it exactly?

It is a very loud humming like noise
