I have a 2002 Bonneville SLE, and both rear power windows and door locks failed at the same time. Neither the front driver door switches or remote keyless will lock or unlock the rear doors. The rear windows do not move with either the front left switches or the switches in the individual doors. I know it is not the regulators as they were both just replaced, and whatever the problem, it is affecting both the locks and windows.

The rear door module fuse is good, and I had ordered a left rear module replacement on ebay, but it did not fix the problem.

Did you check for voltage at the rear door module fuse circuit? The orange wire carries voltage to the door module.

Yes - I checked the voltage at the orange wire on the module, and I have 12 volts.

I'd have to check the circuits at the door module.

I only checked the voltage at the orange wire where it plugs into the module itself. Should I be looking in another location

Check the black wire for ground. Also at the individual window switch, dark green is hot for up position, brown wire is hot for down, black is ground.
